Job Summary:
Coordinates care for patients with Chronic Illnesses. Enters patient information into the EMR system; Coordinates patient education. Provides back office support when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
WA state RN. Six months experience in a physicians’ office or clinic. Good typing skills; Knowledge of MS Office products and a working knowledge of EMR systems required.
FTE/Schedule: 1.0 FTE. M-F 8-5 pm with occasional Saturdays.
