Paid Time Off (PTO)

Accrues on a paid hour basis
9 Days per year full-time
Eligible following 6 months.

Sick Leave

Eligible following 3 months.

Based on FTE

Premiums are paid in full for full-time staff.
Premiums are prorated for part-time staff.

Life Insurance

$10,000 Life Insurance at No Cost
$10,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment at No Cost

Pension Plan

3% of gross bi-weekly wages contributed by CMC
50% vested following 2 years
100% vested following 3 years

Long Term Disability

50% of Last month’s salary for full-time non-union staff
Maximum of $4,000 per month
90 days to become eligible
