It’s not often an opportunity comes along that invites you to contribute to the health of the community while creating a lasting legacy that acknowledges your gift.

With the Cascade Medical Center Foundation’s Legacy Pavers project you may have a beautiful paver inscribed with a name or personal message.
It will be embedded in the walkway surrounding the new facility for all to see.

The Legacy Entry area has only 64 pavers available. There are 277 pavers in the Legacy Walk, and they will be placed randomly to showcase the collective support of the community. Pavers ordered by mail will be opened June 14. (click here to print an order form)

The Legacy Entry and Legacy Walk will be unveiled in the autumn of 2011, with the opening of the new facility -- but claim your spot in history today. Your donation is fully tax deductable. The Cascade Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing vital equipment which further enhances the premier care provided to residents and visitors throughout the Upper Valley.
