Continue Redesign, based upon Value Engineering Findings

Ø  Revise Building Plans

Ø  Revise Exterior Elevations

Ø  Begin review of specifications and bid documents

Ø  Schedule consultation and review with Design Review Board (DRB) 

This Week’s Activities (June 15 - 21)

·         Plan Review and Redesign

Continue Redesign, based upon Value Engineering Findings

Ø  Add Construction Contractor to Project Team

§  Develop Scope of Work and identify candidates

Ø  Review updated plans with key Stakeholders – MDs, Dept. Heads

§  Finalized plans for presentation to Board on July 8 

Next Week’s Activities (June 22 – July 2)

·         Plan Review and Redesign

Continue Review of the Project Costs and Value Engineering

Ø  Hire Contractor to join Project Team

Ø  Present to DRB on June 25

Ø  Finish reviews with key Stakeholders

Ø  Continue development of revised plans and documents

Ø  Update Project Schedule as needed
